With a foundation in Exercise Science from Georgia State University and certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, I bring not just experience, but expertise to every session. Personalized Group Fitness Classes

With a maximum of seven warriors in each class, there's nowhere to run, nowhere to hide from your potential. This isn't about blending in; it's about standing out, pushing boundaries, and shattering limits. We don't do cookie-cutter workouts here. Every session is a carefully orchestrated symphony of mobility, strength, Olympic lifts, metabolic conditioning, and cardiovascular training. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete novice, our program adapts to you. We conduct fitness assessments before you join and every 3-4 months thereafter. Why? Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5pm-6pm, or Tuesday and Friday from 5pm-6:30pm. Step into our functional training paradise, complete with a CrossFit twist.
