Ltd (“AnyWash”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data when you use our mobile application, website, or related services (together referred to as the “App” or “Services”). It also includes disclosures required for Google Play. 1. Scope and Applicability This policy applies to any person who uses the AnyWash mobile app, website, or related services. It is available at an active URL (https://www.anywashapp.com/privacy) and within the AnyWash app in the Help or About section, in accordance with Google Play requirements. 2. Information We Collect We collect information that you provide directly and certain technical information automatically. Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect: - Identity & Contact: Name, phone number, email address, delivery address. - Payment & Financial: Payment confirmation, billing address, and transaction metadata (Note: we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by Paystack). - Location Data: Precise or approximate device location when you use location features for pickup/delivery. - Service Usage: Order details, dates, photos you provide, ratings and feedback, chat messages with support. - Technical/Device: Device type, operating system, IP address, app version, crash reports and analytics. - Marketing & Preferences: Referral codes, notification settings, communication preferences. - AI or Automated Interactions: Transcripts or logs of interactions with automated chat or AI features used to provide or improve service. 4. How We Use Your Information We use your personal data to: - Provide and manage orders, pickups, cleaning and deliveries. - Process payments and handle billing via Paystack and other payment processors. - Communicate with you about orders and support requests. - Improve and personalize our services, including analytics and internal research. - Prevent fraud and ensure safety, in cooperation with payment and logistics partners. - Send marketing communications when you have given consent; you can withdraw consent at any time. - Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting).

We may share data with the following categories of third parties and only for the purposes described: - Payment Processors (e.g., Paystack): to process transactions and prevent fraud. - Logistics & Delivery Partners: share pickup/delivery addresses and order details to fulfil services. - Laundry/Service Partners: order details and service instructions so they can perform cleaning. - Messaging & Notification Providers (e.g., Twilio, WhatsApp): to send transactional updates. - Cloud Hosting & IT Providers: store and process app data securely. - Legal & Regulatory Authorities: when required by law or to respond to lawful requests. 6. Cross-Border Transfers Some of our service providers may process or store data outside Nigeria. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and security measures to protect personal data. By using the App you consent to such transfers where necessary to provide the Service. 7. If we use any advertising SDKs that collect personal data or use data for interest-based advertising, we will disclose the data collected, whether it is shared, and provide opt-out methods.

Google Play Requirements (important) In order to comply with Google Play policies, this privacy policy: - Is hosted at an active URL and will be provided in the Play Store listing and within the App. - Together with any in-app disclosures, comprehensively describes how we collect, use and share user and device data, and the categories of parties with whom data is shared. - Includes information about high-risk permissions and any access to sensitive data. These requirements are described by Google Play in their "Prepare your app for review" guidance. Note: Developers should review and complete the Play Console "App content" page (Policy and programs > App content) to declare Ads, App Access, Target Audience, Permissions, and Data Safety information as required by Google Play. 15. Changes to this Policy We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. 16.
