Philippe Daniel Grau moved in Japan 25 years ago; It was there he fell in love with the country, including the food and the famous Japanese saké. With a background in retail, import/export, wine events and wine education, Philippe captures the interest of wine lovers to the sake’s delights. In order to understand the real world of saké, Philippe visited several Saké breweries in Japan.

As a dedicated ambassador for saké, I actively engage in global promotion initiatives that showcase the cultural significance and diverse flavors of this traditional Japanese beverage. Through tastings workshops and events I educate consumers about saké's rich history brewing methods and food pairings.

He wants to help promote Japanese breweries worldwide “ My mission is to enhance awareness and appreciation for saké around the world making it accessible to both novices and enthusiasts alike”
